PAYMENTS
Payments may be made via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo or Visa Debit. Cheques are also accepted but clearance is required before the goods can be despatched. If you have a Paypal account, this facility is also available on the Website.
CHRISTMAS
Various Christmas Hampers can be purchased in advance and prices will be guaranteed for such orders.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography and Descriptions are intended to be accurate, Countrywide Hampers reserves the right to substitute items for similar or greater value if for any reason these items are out of stock due to demand. Plates,glasses, Hampers and other props shown in photographs may not be included unless otherwise specified in each product description.
ALCOHOL
All Hampers containing alcohol must be purchased and retrived by persons 18 years of age and over due to the licensing laws.
SAFETY REGULATIONS
Due to food safety regulations all fresh food can only be despatched Monday to Thursday. Any orders made through the weekend will not be despatched until the following week to maintain freshness. All our fresh food products such as Cheese and Smoked Salmon are packed in insulating envelopes with frozen gel packs to ensure they arrive as fresh as possible. Please ensure these products are refridgerated as soon as possible after delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
The purchaser can cancel an order within 7 days of receipt of goods by telephoning 01834 844922 or emailing goodfood@countrywidehampers.co.uk stating the order number which is emailed to the customer on purchase. Countrywide Hampers will refund in full all items with the exception of perishable goods or items that cannot be resold due to damage.
You must make the goods available for collection by our carrier during the daytime on working days monday to friday.
CONTACT DETAILS
Our office hours for customers are Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.30 all year round, these hours are extended during busy periods such as Christmas. A answerphone facility is available outside of these times, and we will call you promptly during working hours.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
To ensure delivery for Christmas we advise you to order and purchase Hampers by 17/12 to ensure delivery, as after this date we cannot guarantee.
Year round we use a next day delivery system. During the busy Christmas period we will endevour to still send out parcels on requested dates, however there is a possibility of 3/5 day service as we near Christmas.
